The Irish Countryside

Last week, my parents and I enjoyed the cities and towns we saw, but the best times of our 6-day road trip were seeing the countryside. The Ring of Kerry was my favorite part, and I think it is a must-see for anyone coming to Ireland. Thanks to my Dad for some of these photos!

This is in Bray, a seaside town 30 minutes south of Dublin. This picture was taken during a hike.

This is the Atlantic Ocean, taken from Valentia Island.

We saw at least 5 rainbows during our trip. Three of them were double rainbows, like this one.

The Cliffs of Moher in County Clare are one of the most stunning sights I’ve ever seen.

This was taken along our drive through the Ring of Kerry.

We spent a couple of hours at Killarney National Park, and hiked a short distance to this waterfall.

These are ruins on Valentia Island. I love the sky here!

This was also taken along the Ring of Kerry.
