County Wicklow, pt. 2

I am still in County Wicklow. I have no idea what to call the people I nanny for-my bosses? family? Anyways, they are having one problem after another with their new house, but are hopeful early next week we will be moving to Virginia.

The past 2 weeks have undoubtedly been the quietest of my life. I am learning that a lot of things I think that I need, I don’t. I am learning to appreciate and look forward to the simplest of things, like going for walks every afternoon with Daniel. Twice this week, we walked 6 km to the sea and just looked at the waves when we got there. I was so proud of him for not crying at all along the way, either time!

With that said, I am happy to be in Dublin right now around people my own age and be in a livelier place for the weekend.
